Back to Life, Back to Reality (2014) is a journal that will confront the viewer with a series of images as a parody to our busy lives.
We are slaves to supermarkets and their pre-fabricated food. Almost everything we buy comes out of a package, which is either wrapped up in plastic, cans or paper. When we come home from work the last thing we feel like doing will be cleaning vegetables, cutting potatoes and slow dine with our families. Time can be precious but notice how youngsters even forgot where the origins of some vegetables come from. Are they from a plant? Do they come from a tree? Sometimes they don’t recognize a vegetable if it’s not cut and wrapped up in plastic. New allergies are arising and fewer ingredients are being recognized.
